This hotel impressed with its fresh and modern feel. The welcoming lobby offered a refreshing non-alcoholic drink upon check-in, setting a positive tone for the stay. Spacious Comfort: Rooms were clean and boasted very comfortable beds. The bathroom featured a powerful rain shower, a delightful perk after a long day exploring. Importantly, the rooms were remarkably quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Delicious Start & City Views: The breakfast buffet offered a rotating variety of hot and cold options throughout our stay. Guests could also enjoy made-to-order omelettes and fresh fruit, yogurt, and bread. The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. A highlight was the outdoor seating area for breakfast, offering stunning city views. Culinary Delights & Convenient Location: We dined at the hotel restaurant a couple of times and were impressed by the menu options and delicious food. While not crucial for everyone, the hotel is conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk from a metro station. We found the metro system easy to navigate, providing quick access to Poblado (one stop away) and Parque Barrio (a few stops away). The Santa Fe mall, located directly behind the hotel, offered a grocery store and various shops for any forgotten necessities. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay with delicious dining options and a convenient location near the metro.

I loved the service it was warm and on point, the staff was lovely and would go above and beyond for their guests. The buffet for breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The room was comfortable and modern. The concierge is specially caring for the guests at night. The location is great close to a main road for access, shopping centres and the metro.

I loved the rooftop breakfast terrace with great views of the city.So peaceful. I loved the accommodations but the staff Felipe and Jesus even more they took time out to answer any questions and tell us about all the amenities/surrounding activities with a smile they went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed on our short lived stay but first trip to Medellin.

Brand new hotel. Very comfortable room, with all the amenities and technology, toiletries from Loto del Sur, a very good local brand. On the small side though. Breakfast is very good in the 15th floor with a terrace and 365 views to Medellin and the mountains. I arrived late at night and despite the restaurant was closing in 4 minutes they took my order and served dinner.
